Porvoo Signature is a carefully curated experience where gastronomy, design and effortless luxury blend seamlessly together. In collaboration with Finland’s first Michelin Key hotel, RUNO Hotel Porvoo, and the Michelin-starred Restaurant VÅR, we have created a thoughtful journey where every detail has been chosen in advance – just for you.
The journey begins even before you arrive in Porvoo. In partnership with Helsinki Limo, your experience begins right from your doorstep or any location of your choosing within the Helsinki metropolitan area. Private black car transportation ensures a seamless transition, giving you the space to simply be present and enjoy the moment.
With your return journey already arranged, you are free to surrender fully to the
evening ahead.
The centrepiece of the evening is restaurant VÅR, where you will be warmly welcomed. The staff’s exquisite hospitality is evident in every gesture and every carefully considered detail.
The menu is an exploration of the finest seasonal ingredients. Each dish reveals
layers of flavour – depth, freshness and precise balance. They are composed with
intention; colours, textures and aromas come together to form an experience that
speaks equally to the eye and the palate.
The drinks pairing – whether you choose fine wines, a curated non-alcoholic selection, or a combination of both – has been designed to complement the rhythm
of each course. If you wish, you may begin or conclude your evening in VÅR’s atmospheric lounge.
After dinner, you will move to RUNO Hotel Porvoo, located at the gateway to Old Porvoo. Perhaps you opt for a nightcap in RUNO’s charming cocktail bar, continuing the evening’s conversations, or perhaps you choose to surrender to the comfort of sleep in your elegant room
Behind the historic façade lies thoughtful design and the warmth of carefully chosen
materials. In your room, high-quality textiles, calming tones and soft linens quietly speak of comfort and care. The sounds of the day fade away, replaced by a deep sense of stillness that settles gently into the body.

After a restful night, the morning begins with RUNO’s artisan breakfast. Fresh coffee, the scent of oven-baked bread and carefully crafted flavours continue the enchanting theme of the previous evening.
Once you have woken at your own pace, you may choose to visit the sauna before heading out to explore the streets of Old Porvoo. Among the many galleries, boutiques and riverside views, the city reveals itself at its most beautiful.
